Who we are
True Bounce Court Systems provides tennis and pickleball court services. This policy describes how we handle personal information through our WordPress website, currently located at https://truebouncecourts.com, and related customer communications.

Contact forms and email
We use WPForms to collect inquiries, IONOS for hosting and email forwarding, and Gmail to receive and manage business messages. These providers process relevant information as part of delivering their services.
Our “True Bounce Website Email” application is being configured to connect our business Gmail account to WordPress through WP Mail SMTP. Its purpose is to send website notifications and business-related emails. The connection uses Google authorization rather than asking website visitors for Gmail passwords. Visitors do not need to connect a Google account to submit an inquiry.
Once connected, the integration processes the authorized business account information, authorization tokens, and message information needed for email delivery. We do not use Google user data obtained through this integration for advertising, sale, or training general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
Comments and embedded content
If comments are enabled and you leave one, WordPress collects the information entered in the comment form and technical information used for spam detection. Approved comments may be public. Gravatar may process an email-address hash to display an associated profile image.
Embedded content, such as videos or maps, may allow its provider to collect information or use cookies when loaded. External websites have their own privacy policies.
Sharing information
We share information with service providers and people who need it to operate our website, handle inquiries, or perform requested work. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.
